The Round Annapurna (also known as Annapurna Circuit) trek is combination of all most all treks in Annapurna region like, Annapurna Base Camp, Jomsom, Ghorepani and Ghandruk trek.

This is one of the most geographically and culturally diverse regions for trekking as the area boasts of a variety of diverse cultures, tribes and castes as the Brahmins, Chettris, Newars, Gurungs, Magars, Manangis and the Tibetans. This trek offers sub-tropical lowlands, valleys, bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, windswept desert plateaus and the towering Annapurna Mountains.

Itinerary for Round Annapurna (Annapurna Circuit) Trek in Detail

Day 01:
Morning bus Drive from Kathmandu to Beshisahar (823m.) and jeep to Syange (1100m). Stay overnight at tea house.

Day 02:
Trek from Syange to Dharapani (1960m.) about six hours.

Day 03:
Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2675m.) about five and half hours.

Day 04:
Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m.) about five hours.

Day 05:
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m.) about five and half hours.

Day 06:
Rest day at Manang and hang in and around town.

Day 07:
Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4350m.) about three and half hours.

Day 08:
Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4420m.) about 3 and half hours.

Day 09:
Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3850m.) via Thorong La (5416m.) Pass about seven hours.

Day 10:
Trek from Muktinath to Kagbeni (2895 m.) about three and half hours.

Day 11:
Trek from Kagbeni to Marpha (2650m.) about five and half hours.

Day 12:
Trek from Marpha to Kalopani (2530m.) about six hours.

Day 13:
Trek from Kalopani to Tatopani (1189 m.) about six and half hours.

Day 14
Trek from Tatopani to Sikha about 4 hours.

Day 15:
Trek from Sikha to Ghorepani (2853 m.) for about Five hours.

Day 16
Hike to Ponhiil (3180m) and Trek from Ghorepani to Ghandruk (1940m) about six hours.

Day 17:
Trek from Ghandruk to Dhampus (1650m.)

Day 18
Trek from Dhampus about three hours and drive from to Pokhara about one hour.

Day 19:
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
